Terms & conditions 
1. No refund and cancellation on orders once order is placed.

2.Only this collection are available during Valentine’s Day period (12/02/2025-15/02/2025).

3.Address/ Greeting card/ delivery date can’t be changed once order is placed/confirmed. 

4. Delivery slot options are only available as specified:

Between 9am - 6pm OR Between 6pm - 10pm.

NO specific timing requests are allowed during 12/02/2025-15/02/2025. 

5. Please provide accurate delivery address, recipient’s phone number and sender’s phone number when placing the order for driver to contact. If 1st attempt of delivery fails due to incorrect information provided or failure to contact , additional delivery cost of $30 will be charged for second attempt.
