Order Amendments or Cancellation

Orders cancellations are not allowed once order payment has been completed. only under special circumstances where amendments will be allowed. An amendments fee will be applied. Do send an email Missbeccafloralsg@gmail.com, or whatsapp us at 96497686 on the amendments subjected to approval. Request sent after working hours will only be replied the next working day.

Refund

All refunds are subjected to a 5% merchant fee which will be absorbed by the customer unless otherwise stated. Refunds may take up to 15 working days to be credited into your personal bank account or credit card, whichever method you used to make initial payment.
